Agans Executive was founded by Chelsea Agans, a former licensed life and health insurance agent who transitioned into recruiting after developing a strong interest in the operational side of building insurance teams.
Over the past four years, Chelsea has worked directly with insurance agencies in recruiting-focused roles, supporting candidate coordination and developing structured systems to improve hiring consistency. Through this experience, a recurring challenge became clear: while candidate availability is rarely the issue, many agencies lack a consistent, scalable recruiting process that can grow with them.
This insight led to the development of Agans Executive as a standardized recruiting support system designed to function within a master agency structure and be replicated across additional agencies or branches as they expand.
As a small, founder-led business, Chelsea remains directly involved in operations and client communication to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and hands-on support.
Agans Executive is built on the belief that recruiting challenges are rarely caused by lack of opportunity, but rather by inconsistency in process execution.
